Pull request overview
Reorders entries in the Redfish Scale Up Fabric message registry documentation to group messages by severity (Critical → Warning → OK) within sections, and moves the “Cable State” section to follow “Port”.
Changes:
- Reordered “Link Establishment” messages so the Critical entry appears before Warning/OK entries.
- Reordered “Link Health” messages so Critical entries appear before Warning/OK entries.
- Relocated the “Cable State” section to the end of the Messages Summary (after “Port”).
